What we collect
When you complete the questionnaire, Paladin collects your name, email address and phone number; your objective; whether your request is about a property, a business or both, the property type and its general location; your timing; your preferred way and time to be contacted; any notes you add; and whether you agreed to be contacted. We also record when the form was submitted and the page it was sent from.
Please do not send confidential financial information, such as tax returns, bank statements, rent rolls or account numbers, through the form.
Why we collect it
Paladin uses this information only to respond to your request and to follow up with you about it. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Only John H. Scuras (Paladin Real Estate Investment) sees your submission. Microsoft 365 (storage and email) and Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) process it on Paladin's behalf as service providers. It is not shared with Jameson Real Estate Brokerage, LLC or any other company.
Cloudflare also runs a security check (Turnstile) on the form to block spam and automated submissions.
How long we keep it
Paladin keeps questionnaire submissions for 24 months from your last contact with Paladin, then deletes them.
Asking for deletion
To see, correct or delete what you sent, or to ask Paladin to stop contacting you, email jscuras@paladininvestment.com from the address you used on the form.
Text messages (optional)
Text messages are optional and are never a condition of working with Paladin. Paladin texts you only about your request, and only if you agree to be texted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or reply HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing jscuras@paladininvestment.com.
No brokerage agreement
Submitting the questionnaire does not create a brokerage agreement or agency relationship and is not an offer to buy, sell or lease. Paladin's broker, John H. Scuras, is licensed through Jameson Real Estate Brokerage, LLC. Your submission goes only to Paladin and is not shared with Jameson.
